GERUND AND INFINITIVE

·         Gerund is a  word formed from the verb to add the suffix-ing and functions as a noun.
Ex : -   Running may be hard for some people.
        -   I hope they enjoy my writing.
        -   The managed scolded the worker for removing some substoncial data

·         Infinitive is a verbal consisting of porticles to and from the simple form of the verb (bare infitive) whic con function as a noun, adjective, or adverb.
Ex :-    To travel this year is a bad idea.
-          I want to come tomorrow.
-          His dream is to win the football cup.
